Optical Beam Position and Power Measurement System.
New hardware configuration: a portable, fast and accurate positioning system having USB2.0 interface.
The system has a new hardware with 24 bit A/D, power input via USB port. It
offers simultaneous operation of one or two PSD's in one system based on
Lateral Effect or Four-Quadrant PSD's. The update rate is maximum 150 Hz
using the 500 Hz digital filter. The spectral range is 350-1100nm.
