AlignMeter comprises of:
- An interface card: (ISA / PCI / PCMCIA)
- A manifold box which plugs into the card and has sockets for connection of sensor head
- A measuring head composed of two Lateral Effect sensors (Position sensing), mounted with a calibrated beam splitter assembly, including: a beam splitter, collimating lens and a lens tube.
- A special Windows software package.
