New hardware configuration: a
portable, fast and accurate measurement system having USB2.0
interface. The system has a new hardware with 24 bit A/D, power input
via USB port.
Complete system, including USB manifold box, a measuring head composed
of two Lateral Effect PSD's assembled to a calibrated beam splitter
assembly, including: a beam splitter, a collimated lens and a lens
tube, and a software package for Windows.
OS supported: Windows XP, Vista
A variety of sensor heads which differ from each other mainly by the
lens focal length. The standard configuration is f=100mm, other common
combinations are f=50mm and f=200mm.
